Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Herban Desert! Due to the nature of our handcrafted soap and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive an incorrect item in your order, we will gladly send a replacement. To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and a clear photo of the incorrect item received.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
